End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and SayPep, a DBA of TALON IND, LLC (“we”). By installing or using the SayPep software you agree to it.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SayPep on computers you own or control: within the device limits of your plan (currently 1 computer and 1 phone on Free; 3 computers and 3 phones on Pro).

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), remove notices from, or use SayPep to build a competing product, or bypass usage limits or license checks.

3. Your content

What you dictate is yours. Speech is processed on your device; we don’t receive your audio or text. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, which may be installed automatically and are covered by this agreement.

5. Third-party components

SayPep includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed in the app under Settings → About → Licenses.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are governed by the Terms of Service and Refunds & cancellation policy.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

8. Termination

This license ends if you breach it. You can end it anytime by uninstalling SayPep.
