Gift Pro Terms

1. What you’re buying
A one-time prepaid period of SayPep Pro (3 months for $27, 6 months for $49, 1 year for $79, plus applicable taxes). It does not renew and the recipient is never charged. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
2. Delivery
We email a unique gift code to the recipient on the date you choose (within 1 year). Check the email address carefully. If it bounces or is lost, contact us and we can resend the code.
3. Redemption
Each code can be redeemed once, by one SayPep account. If that account already pays for Pro, its next billing date moves later by the gifted period. Otherwise complimentary Pro starts at redemption, after any free time already on the account.
4. No expiry
Gift codes do not expire. Gifts have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be resold, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Thank-you reward (1-year gifts only)
If you buy a 1-year gift, you receive 3 months of SayPep Pro free once the gift is redeemed by someone other than you. 3- and 6-month gifts don’t include a reward. You can earn up to 12 months this way in any 12-month period. Gifts to yourself don’t earn a reward. Rewards have no cash value.
6. Refunds
Unredeemed gifts can be refunded on request within [X] days of purchase [lawyer to confirm; may be required by law]. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the gift code is cancelled and any Pro time it gave (and the giver’s thank-you reward) is removed.
7. Abuse
We may cancel gifts or rewards obtained through fraud or abuse.
8. General
